I came back from Yaku island.

Hi, everyone.

This is Aki writing.

I went to Yaku island from Sep. 9 to 12 with my best friend.

I’m definitely a sea-lover, uminchu(海人).

Actually, I like sea more than mountains.

But I really love nature itself from the heart.

Though I tried climbing a mountain there, I wasn’t so sure of my stamina, because I hardly ever exercise and walk so long in my daily life.

I heard that Shiratani-unsui canyon is 5-hour trek and Jomon-sugi is 10-hour trek.

I was worried that I could complete such a long mountain track.

But I could.

It was not harder than my expectation.

I’ve gained confidence through the experience.

    Hi! It's me,Nao=)
This is first time to put my comment on here.hahaha!
Yeah,Yaku island was so beautiful, I feel like still being in Yaku island now.
I can't find any words to express my feeling enough.
Everything that we saw touched my heart.
What a great nature it is!!!!!
It was a whole different world from our daily life, wasn't it??
I never forget it, and also we climbed a mountain there 😉
It was pretty hard to climb, but we did it together!! WOW.
We took a long time to get to the top of a mountain though,
I was sure that Jyoumonsugi was worth watching,
    and Shiratani unsuikyou as well.
Anyway,we had a wonderful time in Yaku island.
I'm really happy to go there with you, Akki !!!
    Thanks a lot =).

    Hi, Nao.

    Thanks for your comment.

I was really happy to go to Yaku island with you, too.

Each creatures there are so alive! They're really special and spiritual.

I felt really sacred to have such nice nature in Japan.
